The popular Toyota Avalon is now redesigned and upgraded in the 2019 model. Larger and lower than its predecessors, the 2019 Avalon has a striking new exterior design. There are 4 trims for this vehicle; the XSE, Touring, XLE, and Limited. For those who are looking for a hybrid, the Avalon does have a hybrid for the XLE, XSE, and Limited models.

This menacingly beautiful model has a 3.5L V6 engine that combines efficiency with power. For the hybrid engine, there is a 2.5L Dynamic Force 4-cyl Toyota Hybrid System II. There are 4 new colors; Wind Chill Pearl and Ruby Flare Pearl, which you may have seen on other Toyota models, but are new for the Avalon. The other two are complexly new; Harbor Gray Metallic and Opulent Amber.

For the interior, the XLE has an engineered wood trim, and the Limited has a real wood trim. You can also choose the new color of Cognac for the Limited, if you don’t like the gray or beige leather-trim.



Technology and Safety in the 2019 Toyota Avalon

The 2019 Toyota Avalon comes with the standard Toyota Safety Sense P (TSS-P), which includes Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Back Guide Monitor, and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert.

Other technology features include a 9-inch touchscreen with voice recognition. A 10-inch Head-Up Display is standard on the Limited and Touring trims, as well. Also available is Amazon Alexa connectivity that allows them to lock, unlock, start, stop, and check the fuel levels of their vehicle from their phone or tablet. Standard with the Avalon is a 14-speaker system with Entune 3.0 Premium Audio. You may be interested to know that the Entune 3.0 includes app connectivity and a Wi-Fi hotspot, as well. There are also 5 USB ports in the vehicle.
