BUILD A CAREER YOU CAN BE PROUD OF
This is more than just a job. It’s a chance to be part of a team that does things the right way.
At Roberts Toyota, we’ve been serving Middle Tennessee since 1945. That doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from treating people well, doing honest work, and showing up every day ready to earn trust. We believe in keeping things simple. No pressure, no runaround, just helping people find the right vehicle, take care of it, and feel confident in who they’re doing business with. That applies to our customers and to our team.
We’re a family-owned dealership that takes pride in what we’ve built and where we’re headed. From sales to service, every role plays a part in delivering an experience people come back to and recommend to others. If you’re someone who works hard, treats people right, and wants to be part of a team that actually cares, there’s a place for you here. We’re always looking for great people in sales, service, and support roles. Experience matters, but attitude, effort, and willingness to learn matter just as much
